So far I have had a difficult time with this move. I have had a whole range of emotions over the past 2 weeks. But today I am making the choice to change how I feel about being here.
I am choosing happiness
I am choosing to have joy
I am choosing to be content in the place where God has brought us
I am choosing to get out of my comfort zone and meet people
I am choosing to TRUST my Heavenly Father, because he knows the plan he has for us and it is so much greater then anything I could ever imagine!

A New Adventure Has Begun
So I am writing this blog to keep our family and friends back home up to date with our crew! I finally have a few minutes to sit and reflect on the events from the past few months. Back in November, Stephen started feeling like what he was doing (working at AG) was not what he was supposed to do. He felt as though his calling was to attend a bible college. So we began looking at colleges. His parents introduced him to R.C. Sproul's church (St. Andrews) where they attended a conference. We found out that they were starting a bible college in the fall of 2011. We prayerfully looked into the school. In January we came to a student lunch and conference, we were able to meet the dean of admissions along with other professors. Stephen handed in his application that day. We prayed that if this is what the Lord wanted him to do then all things would work out.
In February we received Stephen's acceptance letter, so obviously this is where God wants us to be! We also received a 50% tuition discount (praise the Lord!) Now we needed to figure out housing, find renters for our home in PC, sell our car and buy a van (mind you I was pregnant at this time) etc. I stressed over this for months! I was too stubborn to rely on the Lord to work all things out. When I finally did everything fell into place! Now if I could only remember to do that in every situation!
Fast forward to May, we had our sweet baby boy Micah on May 29th. After having him I was really having a hard time with the thought leaving our family and friends. But I knew this is where we were supposed to be so I just continued to pray for peace about the move.
August 13th was our big moving day! Thanks to my MIL Ann, and my sweet nieces, and my sister-in-laws for helping us pack and watch my sweet kiddos! We moved with the help of friends and family and began our 3 hour drive to our new normal! Ann and 2 of our nieces stayed with us and helped us unpack. So here we are today settling into our new home and our new life in Sanford.
